Nathan & Craig were great, explained things to me so I’d understand, provided service options and pricing prior to starting work, and showed me where the clog was before and after it was cleared out! Their names were given to me by a neighbor who recently used these two, and was happy with their services. I thought I’d give them a try, and I am happy that I did. Very happy with their service and suggestions! Thanks guys!

Corey and Jessie arrived, ready for action. Our main sewer line to the septic tank had clogged. After a scope and and being extra persistent with the beastly pipe snake, they were able to break up the blockage. They are kind, professional, and I'd bring them back if we had a future issue. Also, Jessica was very kind and prompt with communication. Thanks to all!

The crew (Craig & Nathan) that came to fix my garbage disposal were absolutely great! They removed the old garbage disposal and installed the new one in no time. They were prompt and gave me a reasonable price for installation. Will definitely use them again if I ever have any pluming issues. If you need a plummer I highly recommend them! 😊

Nathan and Craig were extremely thorough, explaining all their diagnostics to me as they did them. They were very courteous and answered all my questions. I highly recommend these two gentleman and their company! (They cleared a backup in our drain.)

Be aware.....I was taken advantage of by this company! I had an emergency pipe leak on the Sunday before Xmas. I fully expected to pay more for the quick weekend service - I was told a premium charge of $150 plus the repair costs. The service was good, they fixed the problem, but........The price they charged was ridiculous. Almost $3000 for a job that took about 3 hours. The parts used were less than $100. I had limited options with the pipe leaking into my basement. I attempted to reach out to the owner to discuss and understand the pricing but they never called back - shocking. I would not do business with this company.

Needed camera and they were available same day which was not easy to find. Jesse and Craig were very clean and respectful of the house, knowledgeable, and didn't mind me watching and locating for me so I can have a full understanding of where my line is located. Price was fair and I will call again if need be. Thanks

I have used Gold Star twice now and they are the best. Jessica in the office is so patient and helpful. Craig and Nate came to my house both times and they are extremely knowledgeable and quick with diagnostics and getting work done. They explained everything that is going on so you feel comfortable. The pricing is fair and I will definitely use them for all my future pluming needs..
